Logitech G Hub Does Not Detect Mouse

I bought the Logitech G Pro Wireless mouse last week as my old mouse was getting a bit skanky and I wanted something nice to replace it with.

New Logitech Pro Wireless - Not Connecting to G-Hub Hi all, see title. My mouse is connected as shown in the diagram on the package (that is, USB wire to wireless receiver, wireless connection to mouse) and I am unable to see the device in G Hub. The word for mac.

If some features of G HUB do not appear to work correctly and restarting doesn't help, try this: Go to Device Manager (WIN+PAUSE BREAK). Click on View at the top and view Devices by container. Look for your device and expand it. Firstly, pair your wireless Logitech mouse with your computer. Open Start menu, click Settings, then Devices and go to Bluetooth & Other devices. Now, click Add Bluetooth device and select your mouse from the list of devices that appears. After successful pairing, check if your Logitech mouse starts working or not (I hope it does).
