How to convert notes to OneNote in Outlook?
Open OneNote for iPad, and then on the Home tab, tap the Sticky Notes icon. You need to sign in with the same account on multiple devices to see your notes across your devices. From the list of notes, drag a note to the left to reveal note options, and then tap the share icon.
As OneNote are published with rich and easy-to-use features, some Outlook users may switch to OneNote for making sticky notes, instead of Microsoft Outlookâs Note feature. However, how to move existing Outlook notes into OneNote easily? In this article, I will introduce a way to convert notes to OneNote in Microsoft Outlook.
- For example, if I create a Sticky Note on the iOS, I can see it on the web. If I then delete this note on the web, the copy on the iOS app do not get deleted. This happens in all of my iOS devices. This problem is just on Sticky Notes; OneNote notes are okay. Does anybody else have this experience?

Convert notes to OneNote in Outlook 2010 and 2013

To convert existing Outlook notes into OneNote in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013, you can do as following:
Step 1: Shift to the Note view, and select notes that you will convert to OneNote.
Note: You can select as many notes as you need in this step, and all selected notes can be mass converted to OneNote meanwhile.
Step 2: Click the File > Print, then click the Printer box and specify the Send to OneNote 2013 (or 2010) from the drop down list, at last click the Print button. See screen shot below:
Step 3: In the popping up Select Location in OneNote dialog box, specify a section or page for printouts, and click the OK button.
Then all selected Outlook notes are converted into OneNote in the matter of printouts.

In Microsoft Outlook 2007, you can apply similar method to convert notes to OneNote.
Step 1: Shift to the Note view, and select the notes that you will convert to OneNote.
Step 2: Click the File > Print.
Step 3: In the popping up Print dialog box, click the Name box in the Printer section, and select the Sent to OneNote 2007 from the drop down list. See screen shot:
Step 4: Click the OK button.

A sticky note has a note icon that appears on the page and a pop-up note for your text message.
'Gem for OneNote' v29 will add Sticky Note feature for OneNote.

Add Sticky Note in Adobe Acrobat Pro
In Abode Acrobat Pro, you can click 'Sticky Note' button on the toolbar, or click 'Sticky Note' button in 'Comment' / 'Annotations' to add a sticky note.
After create a sticky note, it will pop up note when you move mouse over the sticky note icon.
Place cursor in OneNote Page
Put the cursor in the position which we want to add a sticky note in OneNote page.
In this example: we want to create a sticky note after 'paragraph'.
Right click on page, click 'Sticky Note' item on context menu.
It will pop up a sticky note message window. You can write comment or memo in sticky note.
Click 'Save' button to save sticky note.
After click 'Save' in sticky note. 'Gem' will add a Sticky Note Icon in cursor position.
To display sticky note, just simple move mouse over the 'Sticky Note Icon'.
It will display a tip with message.
Right click on the 'Sticky Note Icon' and click the 'Stick Note' item in context menu again to edit the sticky note.
Delete Sticky Note
Just simple delete the 'Sticky Note' icon in OneNote page will delete this sticky note.
Dislocation
Sticky Note like Comment feature, but it hasn't dislocation problem.
